Cronológicamente abarca del 26/06/1562 al 39 /12/1564. Última fecha del tomo, 09/04/1576, Rodríguez de las Varillas. Examen de testigos pedido por Carranza e interrogatorios indirectos. En cubierta de papel de estraza lleva el nº 28 y en la agenda-índice, anota el P. Cuervo que el original está en el Archivo Vaticano, Nunciatura de España, vol. 526-7.
