Santiago Pérez como procurador de Valladolid, presenta la deuda que la comunidad tiene con él, en vísperas de la exclaustración, durante el mes de agosto hasta la supresión (08/03/1836), por los gastos que él había hecho por la comunidad. El P. Quirós (Francisco Bernaldo de Quirós) pagó el alcance, sin fecha, pero es de suponer que posterior a marzo de 1836.
