Litigio entre los PP. consejeros del convento de San Esteban de Salamanca contra el P. prior del mismo, porque éste no había convocado a un consejero ex lector de teología, el P. Fr. Francisco Hernández y , además, la expulsó del consejo, admitiendo, sin embargo, a otros dos Fr. Nicolás Maliaño y Fr. Bruno Moraleda. El recurso se hace al P. provincial, Fr.José Muñoz, provincial. En el litigio se hace referencia a la legislación y costumbre del funcionamiento de los consejos conventuales.
