Uno de los billete el "a", es una copia, con pequeñísimas variantes (errores al copiar) de la petición del P. Apellániz al rey Fernando VII, para la aprobación y consentimiento para recurrir a la Sede Apostólica (ver doc. 20).
El otro billete, un poco más grande: es un borrador o modelo de la carta que el P Apellániz debía dirigir a al Colegio de San Gregorio, anunciando su nombramiento como visitador apostólico, con comisión de reformar los estatutos. No tiene data ni firma, pero la letra parece del P. Domingo Díaz.
